Accommodation: A limited block of 10 rooms (including breakfast) is reserved for participants attending the Sunday workshop. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For registrations exceeding this number, or those received after February 23, additional rooms cannot be guaranteed. After this date, or once all rooms are booked, participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.

The reserved room contingent for the Sunday workshop is now fully booked. As of today, accommodation can no longer be guaranteed through the event allocation. Participants who require accommodation are kindly asked to arrange their own lodging directly. We recommend booking as soon as possible, as availability in Neuchâtel may be limited.
