Application for credits

To have an advanced training event recognised by the SNS and/or the SSCN, please complete the form below and upload the finalised programme for your advanced training event. Your request will be processed and you will receive a credit award notification by email.

Please note the following in this regard:

1. The principles listed in theSNS advanced training programmeapply to the awarding of credits.
2. You must apply for credits at least 30 days before the event takes place.
3. Further training and advanced training events organised at further training institutions for neurology or clinical neurophysiology that are recognised by the Swiss Institute for Further and Advanced Medical Training (SIWF) are recognised ex officio and are exempt from applications.
   1 credit = 45 min, no half-credits, and times are always rounded down
   Max. 4 credits per half-day or 8 credits per day
4. Events with a single sponsor will not be recognised. Sponsors are pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of medical devices.
5. In the case of virtual attendance: Attendance must be checked (e.g. login/logout times individually recorded) or the learning content must be checked (e.g. a test under appropriate conditions containing between eight and ten adequate and content-related questions; a score of 80% correct answers must be achieved on the first attempt) for the credits to be awarded to individual participants. Simply registering for the webinar is not sufficient to receive the credits.
