This year, for the first time in its history, it will be held in Switzerland.

This year's edition of Public Brain Health Day will focus on three key topics: Headaches, sleep and epilepsy. It will highlight the current state of knowledge, practical considerations and ways to improve awareness and understanding among the general public.

Every step strengthens body and brain! 10,000 steps a day can increase the resilience of the brain.

During the EAN Congress, delegates can take part in the pedometer event. The steps taken during the EAN 2026 Congress will be counted and submitted.
