SCOHPICA: Better understanding of the needs of health professionals in Switzerland.
The SCOHPICA project gives a voice to all health professionals working with patients in order to better understand their needs and improve their working conditions.
This project of national importance was launched in 2022 and is supported by the BAG, OBSAN and SAMW, as well as numerous professional associations and stakeholders in the Swiss healthcare system.
The aim is to build a cohort of health professionals who will be followed over time to identify participants' careers and the factors that may influence their well-being and intention to stay in the profession.
