Welcome to CINP 2024 The CINP World Congress of Neuropsychopharmacology is recognized worldwide as one of the most important and influential annual congresses in neuropharmacology, psychiatry, and neuroscience. The 35th CINP World Congress of Neuropsychopharmacology will be truly an outstanding international platform to hear about the latest research advances and new treatments, new clinical needs, and problems, and communicate, collaborate and network with a large international audience. The World Congress will be taking place from 23 – 26 May 2024 at the iconic venue Tokyo International Forum in Tokyo, Japan.

Die Behandlung älterer Menschen nimmt einen immer grösseren Raum in der Neurologie ein. Insbe- sondere bei chronischen neuroimmunologischen Erkrankungen stellt die Nutzen-Risikoabwägung für neuere Immuntherapien eine besondere Herausforderung dar. In Zusammenarbeit der Universitätskliniken für Neurologie, Inselspital Bern und der Medizinischen Universität Wien, möchten wir diese vielseitige und komplexe Problemstellung im täglichen Alltag des praktizierenden Neurologen tiefer beleuchten.

The motto of the meeting is: Quo vadis Neuroinflammation? From pathophysiologic advances to novel treatment strategies. The meeting will feature invited speakers from across Switzerland and abroad with a focus on neuroimmunological diseases including diagnostic and therapeutic advances. Further, there will be oral and poster presentations of invited abstracts including a platform for presentations by young neurologists in training.
