The annual meetings of the participating Swiss societies take place within the framework of the SFCNS Congress. The motto of the congress 2025 is United for Brain Health.

Together with the scientific committee - which are representatives of the 16 member societies - an exciting program is developed. The program beginning on Wednesday and ending on Friday evening consists of Plenary Sessions, Parallel Sessions, ePoster Sessions and Satellite Symposia.

This is the annual congress of the SNS.

The Swiss Dementia Forum, organized by the Swiss Network for Dementia Research, is a national event that brings together experts from dementia research and care. It unites researchers, clinicians, caregivers and stakeholders from fields like neurology, geriatrics, neuropsychology and policy. The program features talks, panel discussions, lightning sessions and workshops. Its mission is to foster interdisciplinary exchange and create a networking platform to bridge gaps across disciplines.

Abendfortbildung am Donnerstag, den 06. November 2025, im Rahmen interdisziplinären Fortbildung "Voneinander lernen: Hausärzte & Fachärzte im Dialog". Das Thema der kommenden Veranstaltung lautet "Wie würden Sie entscheiden?". Wir freuen uns auf einen interaktiven Abend mit hochkarätigen Vorträgen von internen und externen Referentinnen und Referenten zu einem häufigen und vielschichtigen Leitsymptom.

Through four focused sessions, we will explore:

- AI in Neuroradiology: Implementation, accountability, and decision-support systems in clinical practice.

- Advances in Brain Tumor Imaging: Standard techniques, advanced modalities, and diagnostic challenges.

- Imaging and Treatment Perspectives: The impact of imaging on pathology, neuro-oncology, and neurosurgery.

- Post-Treatment Monitoring: RANO 2.0 updates, treatment-related complications, and paraneoplastic syndromes.

The module neurology and psychiatry combines the specialities of neurology, sleep research, psychiatry and developmental paediatrics. In all these areas, clear sex and gender differences can be observed.
