SCOHPICA project – take part in the survey!

13.01.2023

The SCOHPICA project aims to better understand the careers and experiences of health professionals and informal caregivers and to identify ideal conditions for high-quality professional practice and supporting informal caregivers.

The link to the survey – and more information about the project – can be found on the SCOPHICA (Swiss COhort of Healthcare Professionals and Informal CAregivers) website.

What is a cohort?
A cohort is a group of people who share certain characteristics (in this context, a type of occupation or work as an informal caregiver) and who are observed over an extended period of time (in a longitudinal study). The purpose of a cohort is to collect information about the occurrence and development of certain phenomena (in this context, work situation, wellbeing or intention to leave the profession).
