Prix Déjérine-Dubois

Un prix sera décerné à la meilleure communication libre présentée dans le cadre de la GemSession de la Swiss Association of Young Neurologists dans le domaine de la recherche clinique et de la recherche fondamentale, ainsi qu'à la meilleure présentation de poster.

Le montant du prix s'élève à CHF 1'000. Si moins de 3 résumés sont soumis dans une catégorie des communications libres, les deux catégories seront regroupées et un 1er prix de CHF 1'500 et un 2e prix de CHF 500 seront décernés.

Critères

Seuls les travaux neuroscientifiques qui ont été élaborés en Suisse ou dans le cadre d’un séjour de recherche à l’étranger par des personnes faisant partie d’une institution suisse sont éligibles. Les exposés de revue présentés par des intervenants extérieurs (invited lectures) ne sont pas éligibles pour un prix.

Seuls les médecins en formation postgraduée ou au maximum 3 ans après l’obtention d’un titre de médecin spécialiste peuvent être considérés comme lauréats. Les neuroscientifiques non-médecins peuvent être considérés comme lauréats jusqu’à 3 ans maximum après l’obtention du titre de PhD. Les scientifiques établis (PD, Prof.) ne peuvent prétendre au prix. Seul les auteurs principaux sont éligibles en tant que lauréats, les coauteurs sont cependant mentionnés lors de la remise des prix et dans leur attestation.

Sélection

La sélection des abstracts est réalisée par le comité scientifique du congrès. Dans un premier temps, ce comité sélectionne les abstracts les plus intéressants pour la GemSession, qui comprend trois exposés du domaine de la recherche clinique et trois de celui de la recherche fondamentale. En outre, six abstracts sont séléctionnés pour la commission de poster. A cette fin, la qualité scientifique et linguistique de l’abstract est prise en considération.

Lors de la GemSession et de la réunion de la commission des posters, le jury choisi par le comité scientifique et se composant d’au moins deux experts évalue les critères de qualité suivants: originalité, méthodologie scientifique, pertinence, style de présentation (langue de présentation: anglais).

La remise des prix a lieu dans le cadre du congrès annuel de la SSN.

Les prix ne sont décernés que si le/la lauréat(e) est présent(e). Si tel n'est pas le cas, le prix est attribué à l'auteur(e) ayant obtenu la meilleure évaluation suivante.
